About the ServSafe Exam Format
The ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification exam consists of 90 multiple-choice questions. You have 2 hours to complete it and need a score of 75% (at least 68 correct answers) to pass. The Food Handler exam is shorter with 40 questions and requires 30 correct to pass.
